Subscription & Billing Policy
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
1. Subscription Plans
TradeScans offers the following options:
- Monthly Plan: $10/month (100 AI credits)
- Annual Plan: $100/year (1,000 AI credits)
- Credit Pack: $20 one-time purchase (200 AI credits)
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing may change with advance notice to subscribers.
2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize TradeScans to charge your stored payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to Settings
- Contacting support at support@tradescans.app
Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the Service through the remainder of your current billing period. No prorating occurs for unused time within a billing period.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused subscription time
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Low or no usage of the Service
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@tradescans.app immediately.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, TradeScans may retry the charge. Your account access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. It is your responsibility to maintain current and valid billing information in your account.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your billing information accurate and up to date
- Monitoring your subscription status and renewal dates
- Canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
TradeScans is not responsible for renewal charges resulting from failure to cancel your subscription.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting TradeScans support, your account may be subject to:
- Immediate suspension
- Revocation of access to the Service
- Denial of future subscription requests
We encourage you to contact support@tradescans.app to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
8. Digital Service Acknowledgment
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital software service that provides immediate access upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods with immediate access, subscriptions are not eligible for refunds except as required by applicable law.
9. Policy Changes
TradeScans reserves the right to modify this Subscription & Billing Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
