1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the TradeScans platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Service Description

TradeScans offers trade tracking, logging tools, performance analytics, and AI-generated insights. The Service is designed for educational and informational purposes only. TradeScans does not provide:

• Investment advice
• Financial advisory services
• Brokerage services
• Portfolio management

3. No Investment Advice

TradeScans is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. The information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Users bear sole responsibility for their trading decisions. The Service does not make recommendations to buy or sell any securities.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided trade data and generate summaries and insights. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify any AI-generated content before making trading decisions. TradeScans disclaims all liability for reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscription & Credits

TradeScans offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $10/month (100 AI credits)
• Annual Plan: $100/year (1,000 AI credits)
• Credit Pack: $20 one-time purchase (200 AI credits)

Credits are non-transferable with no cash value and may expire. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.

7. Billing & Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your stored payment method. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits. See our Subscription & Billing Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models) are the exclusive property of TradeScans and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trade data you submit to the Service.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeScans' total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to TradeScans in the previous 12 months. TradeScans shall not be liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10a. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit against TradeScans.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TradeScans makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, performance, profitability, or uptime of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Force Majeure

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. TradeScans shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party provider outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

13. Modifications to Terms

TradeScans reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
